This all-levels class is based on the Bikram Hatha yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Class is practiced in 105 degrees and 40% humidity. We offer 90-minute classes and Express 60-minute classes
This Vinyasa style flow is a faster pace than the Hatha Bikram method. This class encourages students to focus on linking conscious breath while vigorously moving through postures. Expect to build strength + flexibility while detoxing the body and calming the mind in this heated 95 degree class.
Inferno Hot Pilates is an extremely challenging full-body workout using Pilates principles. There is no impact, so it is safe practice for all fitness levels of students. It is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training and is performed in a room heated to 95 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity.
This non-heated, slow-paced class is open to all levels. The restorative postures are held longer with the help of props. Yin yoga targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.
